Mike Postel, CEO
Mike Postel is the CEO of Ventos Power Plus, LLC. Mike is also the principal of Postel Group. Mr. Postel is a successful businessman, having owned and operated a major steel fabrication and erection contracting company for over 30 years and a number of related equipment and real estate investment businesses. He is familiar with the construction industry and brings an understanding of the banking needs of small businesses. Mr. Postel served as a Director of Main Street Bank from July 1999 to October 2004 and then with the MINT National Bank from 2009 to present.
Jonathan Heck, Vice President
Jonathan Heck is Vice President in Operations for Ventos Power Plus, LLC. Heck has over 14 years of experience in the crane and rigging industry. His responsibilities with Ventos Power Plus include management, scheduling, procurement, as well as all the additional details of the daily operation.
Travis Vollmer
Travis Vollmer is an experienced wind turbine technician with over 12 years of supervisory experience. Mr. Vollmer most recently worked as a project manager, showing ability to manage a team to complete all activities on time within budget. He has his Wind Technician Certification and is a California Wind Tech.
